Players can play a variety of gacha machines to win points. Gacha machines require a range of Diamonds to play and have different odds of winning, which is clearly indicated in the app.

Gacha World is not responsible for lost, stolen Diamonds and Points. Diamonds and Points (a) appear to be counterfeit, or (b) do not contain evidence that they were dispensed by Gacha World, will be confiscated and not accepted for redemption. Gacha World reserves the right not to accept and confiscate Diamonds, and Points , or other items that were fraudulently or otherwise unlawfully obtained. Gach World reserves the right to change the value of product's points and diamonds, at any time without further notice.

If you think your account is compromised or there has been unauthorized activity, please send us a message at We recommend including in your message your user ID and any order number that seems suspicious.

Diamonds cannot be returned or refunded. Please be extra careful when purchasing Diamonds, and make sure you are purchasing the amount you intended to purchase.

Please keep in mind that if the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us. 

To receive referral incentives, your referral must :

  • Be a new customer who has never previously created a Gacha World account
  • Use your unique referral link to download the app and sign up
  • Has never installed the Gacha World app
  • Place an order (in-app purchases do not qualify)

If your referral meets these requirements, diamonds will be sent automatically to both accounts after the order is shipped. Diamonds can be collected from the Notifications section of the Home screen. Credits may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your accounts. Customers may create multiple accounts for various reasons. We reserve the right to withhold, deny or cancel any Bonuses and Orders placed and/or terminate your account if we, in our sole discretion, deem any activity as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or suspicious. Our decision is final.


Gacha means a capsule-toy vending machine, where players can spend money to obtain various items of interest.

To play Gacha games, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have enough Diamonds to play
  2. Tap on the Play tab
  3. Tap on a Gacha machine
  4. Press the Play button
  5. Win Gacha Points


You win every time! For specific chances, please tap on 'I' icon next to each Gacha machine.

The more you play, more Gacha machines will be unlocked. Enjoy!

To place an order, follow the steps below.
1. Make sure you have enough Gacha Points to shop
2. Tap on the Shop tab
3. Tap on the desired product
4. Press the Buy button
5. Select Quantity and or color/size, if applicable
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each product you like to purchase
7. When you are ready to checkout, tap on the cart icon
8. Review the contents of the cart, press the Proceed to Checkout button
9. Review your shipping address and press the Continue button
10. Add payment method
11. Review your information and press the Place Order button

To search for a particular brand and or products, follow the steps below.
1. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen
2. Type in the brand and or product name you like to search

Please note that the search results could include other brands and or products that may look similar to the one you are searching for.

To remove items from the cart, follow the steps below.
1. Tap the cart icon at the top of the screen
2. Tap the quantity drop-down and select 0
3. On the pop-up window, tap Remove item

To ensure the accuracy of our product listings and prices, our warehouse staff may handle and re-package certain items such as blindboxes and other mystery packages. Regardless, all products sold in the Gacha Store are new unless otherwise indicated. We take great care to ensure that products are packed carefully and shipped safely, but we cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.
